homemade apple tarts

After making mushroom & gruyere tarts last week, I am now obsessed with making tarts. I never knew how easy it is and have been searching for a lot of different recipes. I have always wanted to make apple tarts and tried this recipe from The Pioneer Woman… like she said, it is quick & easy! You just mix apples with lemon juice, brown sugar & salt, arrange on the pastry sheet and bake! How easy is that?? I love the flakiness of the pastry & juiciness from the apples. It’s great for breakfast, dessert or a snack!
