It’s not your traditional egg nog or peppermint martini, but here are two cocktails I have tried that would be great to serve at a holiday party! I had raspberries at home so I wanted to find some good raspberry cocktail recipes or find ways to include them. The first recipe I found is for a Raspberry Cocktail. It sounded mysterious to me and I wasn’t sure how it would taste but it was good. I mean, what cocktail isn’t good right? ๐ You just mix beer of your choice, raspberry lemonate & vodka. I used fresh raspberries instead of lemons/limes to garnish. The second drink is what I would call a raspberry cosmopolitan. I just mixed raspberry vodka, orange juice, a splash of cranberry juice, triple sec. For a special holiday touch, I skewered raspberries onto a rosemary sprig.. don’t they look lovely? Garnishing always makes things look better. Go make yourself a cocktail, relax, and enjoy the holidays! ย Happy new year! ย Cheers! ๐
