my quick & easy breakfast: oatmeal with peaches

I love breakfast but I’m so bad at eating it consistently. I’m usually rushing out of the house to get to work and don’t have time to eat anything but you can always MAKE time, especially when you can whip up something quick! Oatmeal is super quick to make and I decided to add some ingredients I already had at home: brown sugar, peaches, almonds & cinnamon. First make your oatmeal however you do (I just threw it in the microwave to save time), then stir in some brown sugar, add some sliced almonds, top with sliced peaches & finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. It was quite delicious and I’m definitely going to make it again. Easy & yummy and I’m ready to start the day! πŸ™‚

Recipe for Oatmeal With Peaches:
1/2 cup, oatmeal
1 cup, water
sliced peaches
1/2 teaspoon, brown sugar
1 tablespoon, sliced almonds
ground cinnamon

1. Cook oatmeal however you desire– on stove or microwave
2. Stir in brown sugar
3. Place peaches, almonds on top & sprinkle cinnamon on top
