I’m not sure what this dish exactly is but I’ll just give it a fancy name & call it a breakfast skillet. I have a long day of work ahead so I needed a delicious breakfast to start the day right. This is an easy dish that you can make with any ingredients you have in the fridge. I basically just threw in whatever I could find into the pan.
Add butter to a heated pan, throw in chopped onions, mushrooms & hash browns, salt & pepper. After sauteeing for a bit, let it be until the hash browns get crispy. Then add in chopped sausage (I just heated frozen sausage links in the microwave), add spinach & minced garlic (just a sprinkle for me) & top it off with a fried egg. Quick & yummy! 🙂
