if you like brussels sprouts, this is a quick & easy dish that will be a hit at any potluck! it’s just 4 ingredients. I bought already shaved brussels sprouts to cut down time on chopping. cook the israeli cousous in a pot of boiling water & simmer down for about 10 min. cook the turkey bacon in a pan & take off once it’s crispy, chop it up & set aside. add the brussels sprouts to the pan (yes with the bacon grease), throw back in the bacon & add the couscous & dried cherries and in moments, you will have a delicious side dish!
